Very unreliable got on to call centre who said would connect me with office I purchased machine from waited for ages then recording said leave message they would call me back never heard from them very poor business customer relations Update they did eventually get back to me late afternoon

Have bought a number of items over the past couple of years have been happy with items only thing that could be improved would be the length of time it takes to sort warranty claims i have only had one claim and that was settled satisfactory but took a little while would certainly recommend Kogan

I had a problem with a cartridge that was about 1 month out of the warranty period at first they were reluctant to replace but eventually did replace it. so yes my dealings with Ink station has been good. and I will continue to purchase my cartridges from them
