Hatchlands Park The Movie

Well, where do I start with my sale..would have made a great Netflix movie...full of drama, twists and turns with a happy ending. With 3 pull outs, a Deed of Variation and constant delays due to process, finally it's all complete.
Smith & Friends have been a constant support network as a whole, however in this movie I would like to give all the plaudits to Andrea Kane, who has been my counsellor as well as my agent. Total professional with unwavering support throughout, managing both my buyer and myself impeccably. With support from Rachel and Manj, make up a fantastic team.
I would not use any other estate agent in this area, even though the process has been an ordeal, nobody has the experience or insight in the leasehold market than Smith & Friends.
I will use these guys again, not sure if they would have me back though! Ha Ha Ha

Teac terrible service

The experience I have had with AV.com with Andrius and the team has been nothing short of chaotic.
I bought a Teac white turntable in July 24, and after a while I realised it was running slow, so contacted the team. They advised it would be collected and it duly was, within a few days.
I then was informed by text the next day that a parcel was on its way to me from AV.com.Silly me thought it was a replacement etc, so I waited in for it, to later find out it was a message for the receiver of my faulty unit, 1 day wasted.
6 weeks later still no unit, so I enquired, to be told it should be ready in a week, which it was. I then take delivery, again wasting time to take delivery. Guess what? They've sent me my faulty unit back to me! I have now been sent an email to arrange to go through the same horror show again....thanks AV.com...terrible procedure. I asked for a full refund but was outside my 30 day period. Wasted days, deliveries...no faith in you or your products.

Awful model

Bought the Vax Spotwash Duo and it was delivered on Monday 15 Sep. I realised after several attempts that the solution would not come out of the hose, rendering the machine useless. I then had another one arranged for delivery the next day, which had me hanging around the house between 1400-1500 for it. It duly arrived a d guess what? Yeh same issue! What are the odds on the same model having the same hose issue? I've asked for a full refund, wasted 2 days and have 2 Vax spotwash duos in the hallway for another 2 wasted days coming up for collection. Stay away from this make/model. Terrible

Sold my property in less than 24 hours from going live.
Samantha Lees' research was integral to the price advertised. Her research and presentation was immaculate.
I would certainly use them again, along with their user friendly conveyancing team, along with the purplebricks app, which keeps you in full control throughout.

Luna with love!

I replaced my old mattress as it was a cheap £220 super king size from my local bed centre. I did some extensive research across a number of websites as this was going through be a big purchase. I opted for the Luna mattress and took the recycling option too. My mattress arrived the next day with 2 very helpful and friendly delivery drivers, who managed to get my old super king down the stairs and put my new one on the bed. The whole process was painless and no stress at all. The mattress has been a revelation and I mean that as I had a sore back, neck and legs and now I'm in great shape. The best buy for me in years. Totally pleased.

Goodbye Polycarbonate!!!

The look of my conservatory is now really modern. The torrential rain last night proved to me the difference against the polycarbonate roof, with very little noise. The lads were great, all done in around 3 hours, even cleaned my gutters outside as a favour. From the agent turning up, to the communication from the team, to the final result. Highly recommend.

Mike and the Queen of Clean convinced…

Mike and the Queen of Clean convinced me to ditch my old vacuum cleaner and won me over with the Polti. It's been a fantastic buy, much more of an enjoyable experience which is something I would never say about hoovering, being a hardened northerner! Ha ha. Totally recommend. Simon

Misquoted

To be told that your head gasket has gone and quoted £617.00 after bringing my car in for a winter service check. I took my car to an independent garage and was told that my car is renowned for condensation in the oil and that it gives the impression of head gasket problems. Poor mechanical knowledge leading to scaremongering!!!!!
