Sizes are bizarre. Did what they suggested and bought a size bigger for wider feet. Arrived still narrow but way too long. Had to pay to return! I explained I followed their instructions but they were wrong. Completely waste of money. If you have wide feet, do not buy! Customer service lacking, big time! They couldn’t care less. Refund took ages as well. Hate leaving a review like this as I am a positive person but not with this company!
