Useless and dishonest

I waited for a parcel. No time of delivery was available. Then received an email saying it had not been possible to deliver and to call GLS to rebook. The reason given for the delivery failure 'the driver could not find your address'. This is despite the fact I live 20 metres from a main road and La Poste, DHL etc have never had a problem finding the house.
Rebooked for delivery for the following day. Waited in all day until 18h00. No delivery. The same excuse. And no telephone call from the driver to help find my address. I strongly suspect therefore the driver made no attempt to deliver my package.
Asked GLS if there was a drop-off point from where I could collect the parcel. No, this was not possible but if I wanted, I could wait in for a third day in the hope of a delivery. Fantastic, what a great idea...not.
Cancelled my order and will not order again from any company that uses GLS in France. Worse than useless.

My purchase has still not arrived - the delivery company GLS 'cannot find my address' despite the fact I am 20m from a main road. Have waited in 2 days now and both times the same pathetic excuse.
I understand that this is not Bodum's responsibilty but Bodum chooses its partners for delivery.
GLS n'est pas serieux. Debil. Faut pas gaspiller son temp.

Telephone contact for information accurate and courteous. Product arrived a day early and exactly as described. Overall, very efficient, keenly priced - online retailing as it should be. Would have no hesitation ordering from Snowleader again. Oh, the cheese was nice too.

HDEW is still selling Nikon d810s that have been identified by Nikon as having potential thermal noise issues. Would have though any retailer worth their reputation would send the stock back to Nikon and only sell cameras which Nikon has released without the fault. Very shady.
