Damaged

Got a message to say a certain time. Came before that time which was great however the condition of the box was awful it came battered, I’m Surprised the product didn’t get damaged. They need to be more careful

Avoid severed RAW chicken

Avoid the boneless chicken or any sort of chicken. Visited on Tuesday dinner ordered boneless chicken bucket only to be served RAW chicken.
Complained to and all I received was a Thankyou to bringing to my attention.
No offer of a free meal or even money back from being served RAW chicken. Gob smacked will definitely avoid for food in future.

Got a parcel picked up from yodel for…

Got a parcel picked up from yodel for them to deliver to somewhere else.
I watch the driver open his back door if his van after collecting the parcel and he just threw it in there. Like what the hell! We pay you for a service not to treat peoples parcels like there trash!

Driver put it in the bin bag marked as safe space, bin men come and took rubbish away so didn’t get it. Useless driver

I am terribly sorry the item didn't arrive in a packaging box and if this ruined the gift surprise when it arrived. We do try to minimise waste and packaging materials so we don't put all items inside additional bags or boxes due to this. Excellent service however but…

Excellent service however but disappointed that the fact they charged me £18 to press a button in the car to adjust the headlights, more disappointed that they didn’t ring me first they just did it and expected me to pay.

Slow

I've used this site many times b4 and I've always have a great experience the phones arrived the next day and the money was sent that same day so I've all a really great experience which is why I use them. however on this occasion the phones took 14 days to arrive and I was thinking I've lost out as they never arrived although the customer care team provided a bit of service it wasn't really helpful. I now have to think twice about using this service again totally put me off sending any device from now on.

We can confirm that we received your phones on the 21/07/14 and a same day bank transfer for the full value was made on the same day.

We can only assume your phones were delayed in the Royal Mail network. On average our freepost bags take 1-3 days to arrive and can be tracked on royalmail.com.
