Absolutely shocking! Ordered, paid and arranged for s specific date and time, was then contacted to say they couldnt attend and would have to re arrange wich was a date and location i couldnt make, i re-booked for another day and location wich the tyre fitter never turned up to the appointment. In the meantime the mobile fitter turned up at a different location on a different day to wich i received a disgruntled phone call from the fitter asking where i was! Have had to go elsewhere and drive there with a dammaged tyre (the reason for arranging mobile fitting in the first place) because of all of this. Completely un trustworthy and will definately not be using again. The only options i was fiven was a refund wich would have taken 5-7 days or areange another date wich the earliest was when we were on holiday and needed to be able to use the car.tried to escalate to a complaint through customer services but was unabe too. And in a further update they have now canceled my appointment again and moved it to a different location

All 4 premium Bridgestone tyres they fitted by mobile service were very under inflated. No advise they would be like this so went to drive and had to abandon my trip to go find a garage and deal with this. No response to email, follow-up email and now a third email asking for explanation. This came off the back of the arranged appointment being cancelled by them and replaced with one for the next day with no explanation. The mechanic did turn up in time and was courteous but that person should obviously not have left my car with 4 under inflated tyres and should not have been supplied with them in tht fist place. Very disappointing. Would not recommend

Ordered tyre and pay premium for next day installation - arrived at fitting station was told tyre not in stock, asked for refund. Customer service phoned following day to offer rebooking agreed for appointment following day at 1015, was told by fitting centre tyre on the way. Phoned customer service again was told tyre will come. Waited until 1600, no sign that the tyre will arrive, and was told by customer service tyre not arriving - they misplace the booking. Still awaiting refund, total waste of time. Twice wait for nothing. Avoid.

Excellent service. I did receive and email 2 days before the mobile fitter came out explaining they couldn't supply the tyres i originally ordered and they offered an alternative instead. Very competitive pricing and no hassle as they came to my house to fit the tyres.

Placed an order on their website, selected 'mobile fitting' option and received order confirmation.

Fast forward to the end of the next day (1 1/2 days until fitting booked), I received an email stating that they can't offer mobile fitting for my address!!! Yep, the same address entered and accepted when ordering.
I phoned the helpline to try and rearrange fitting at one of their fitting centres, to be told 'I'll have to pass this to another department and they'll be in touch'!!!

Farcical!!!!!

Online order went through, money was taken from the card, and two days later a refund was announced via email. Basically, they are holding onto £700 for a week before sending it back without explanation. Do not waste your time with this company.

Bought a tyre to be installed the next day as the car could not move due to a flat tyre. Although the sale went through, got charged, and got confirmation of the booking, I got an email the following day stating that they had no stock and that the booking got cancelled. So, they have wasted me a day and the refund is not yet in the bank. Truly untrustable.

Booked 2 tyres to be fitted at National tyres Washington Tyne & Wear for 8:30 today Mon 2 March 2026
Arrived early but no sign of life all doors & gates locked up
Called the number on my appointment paperwork to be advised I should have been at Halfords
I handed the keys in and went for a coffee
It’s now 10:30 and I still don’t have the car back
Very disappointed with this service
I won’t be using this outfit any time soon

Ordered 2 tyres to be fitted at home on specific day. Hours later had text and e mail to say they couldn't find a fitter in the area. Spoke to someone on the phone and requested a refund. Told it could take up to 10 days to be back in my account! Absolutely shocking. They take payment immediately but we have to wait for refund when they cant provide the service

Ordered tyres a week in advance of appointment to have them fitted, email and text two days before due to be fitted saying tyres out of stock and they had changed the fitting date without even asking me.
Order cancelled guy on phone said I’d receive an email to confirm cancellation and a full refund.
Not even received an email as of yet.

Update: Received email saying request for refund sent to there accounts department which takes 2 working days to authorise then expect a wait of 10 days for a refund.
Try Harder, worst company.

Ordered a tyre from tyre shopper 13/2/26 to be fitted 14/2/26 at national tyres Livingston, paid £6 for premium slot
Turned up this morning at national tyres, they said tyre shopper had not fulfilled their order
Absolute shambles , won’t be back, called tyre shopper and they cancelled the order and are giving a refund

Tyre shopper we’re around £15 cheaper than national tyres direct, hence ordering it through them

This full set up of national tyres and tyre shopper needs reviewed if this is how they treat customers

Ordered 4 tyres a week ago spending nearly £300, was due to be fitted today between 1pm and 6pm no show, called and passed to 4 different numbers eventually spoke to Robert who was apologetic but won’t be getting done, wouldn’t have known if didn’t chase myself, bad customer service, took unpaid leave to have this job done. Not helpful stay clear

We ordered tyres, we received a confirmation, they came back after two days and suggested that the don't have a supply, so either to accept tyres of lower cost and quality or getting refunded, the question is simply, why do they put a tyre which is out of stock on thier website! That's a misleading... isn't it!

I ordered some good tyres, but in 2 days I got a confirmation email where the tyres were different from what I ordered. No questions asked and no notification sent. I just happened to notice the difference because I read the bill. The amount was the same on the bill, and same Continental brand, however the tyres had way worse characteristics (original AAA, replaced with BBB) and more importantly the price of replacement tyres was even cheaper on the website (£148.99 vs £121.99). It means I would pay more but will get cheaper tyres. Nice. It took me an hour (59 minutes to be precise) of holding a line on their customer support line to cancel the order. Still waiting for the refund (8 days since).

Ordered two rear tyres for home fitting to our Volvo after the need was recommended (with a quote) by a local garage after last service. On turning up at home with the tyres and checking those currently fitted I was advised by the friendly (and experienced!) fitter that they actually had many more miles in them and did not really need renewing just yet. As we don’t do many miles in this car I accepted an offer of a full refund (which has already been confirmed by central finance - thank you) - such honest and exceptional service. I’ll obviously continue to use Tyreshopper (after double-checking the need!) and recommend their (most competitive) prices and honest service. Thank you Wayne!

Have used Tyre-shopper on many instances in the past however this time was a really poor experience.

Was booked in at National Tyres - Egham and paid a premium for a Saturday afternoon fitting. I arrived 10 minutes early as per the instructions and it was confirmed that they had my order on the system.

The Manager advised that they were quite busy but that they would get on with my car when the next slot became available.

After 40 minutes of waiting, I was advised that my tyres hadn't been ordered / received at the branch and they were unable to change my tyres that day. A total waste of my Saturday afternoon with very little by way of apology.

It seems that there are still some bugs to be ironed out since Halfords took over Tyre-shopper. I hope this gets resolved soon otherwise I won't be returning.

Happy customer here.I ordered online and the tyres were not available but they didnt let me down. Within a few hours I got a text offering me a free upgrade.
They arrived on time and did a good job.
