Perfect item as described with nice free gifts. Very well packaged. However, I had a delivery window of three working days and Saturday. (Wednesday to Saturday inclusive.)
The website said 48 working day hours but to be sure I asked. A very blunt reply said 5 working days and I must factor this in!
I therefore ordered late Friday evening. Informed over weekend, item to be delivered Monday.
DHL however, have the facility to change delivery to any day that week.
Perhaps customer services could mention the flexibility of the delivery company in their replies?
Otherwise they would have received 5 stars.

I scanned the internet, including Ebay, Amazon and all other game providers..... I could not find cheaper than the Game Collection and the service was first class.

To be honest the servicing of the car was how I expected it to be. Smooth efficient and professional, so no complaints whatsoever. The customer relations however, were outstanding. I was impressed with the on-line booking and follow up call but the young man on the reception desk was perfect. He listened, took interest and implemented our requests and made us feel valued and reassured. If only all customer relationships at book in were like this.

Opted for three day delivery with a Wilkinson store order on Saturday.

Item was shipped and collected at the weekend from Rotherham by Nightfreight, which I accept are not usually days which count towards the three days.

However by the Monday it was at the Manchester Depot and scanned? This is where the fun starts.

Each day through the week at about 8am my two parcels were scanned the previous entry was deleted?????? Why delete the record?

Therefore it always looked like it had just arrived at Manchester the day you checked and was about to be delivered.

On Wednesday afternoon, Wilkinsons made contact with Nightfreight on my behalf.

They assured me delivery would be the following day. It was not.

Wilkinson phoned me Thursday night to apologise and inform me that they could not get a reply at the Nightfreight office but would continue to try.

Friday morning at 8am tracking showed 2 item (s) out for delivery. Round 028. It was finally delivered at 12.15pm by a grumpy van driver.

In short I have stayed in waiting for parcels on three days due to the failure of this delivery company to provide the service they promise.

There are far better companies out there so if you have a choice, avoid. I have sent a copy of this to Mrs Lisa Wilkinson the CEO of the Wilko brand to apprise her of this shambles.
