Was able to purchase hard to find replacement parts for my Arai helmet from The VisorShop and price was reasonable, and I received them pretty fast considering I'm on a different continent. I would purchase again and would recommend them to friends...

Exactly the same issue as another reviewer happened to me....I received the wrong watch and I'm the one on the hook for the shipping costs to return it. The seller in question is stipulating the "terms" from the platform to justify his non cooperation..feels almost like I got scammed!

Extremely Disappointing Experience – I Was the One Penalized for the Seller’s Mistake

I ordered a men’s watch from a seller in Japan, but instead I received a women’s watch — a completely different item from what I paid for. Despite this being entirely the seller’s mistake, I ended up being the one financially disadvantaged.

Chrono24 and the seller offered only a return, which meant I had to deal with lost taxes and import fees, even though the seller was supposed to cover the return shipping costs. In the end, no one took responsibility for the error except me, the buyer. I followed every step correctly, yet I still lost money because I trusted the platform’s so-called “buyer protection.”

This experience shows a clear lack of accountability. Receiving the wrong item should never result in the buyer being penalized. Unfortunately, in my case, nothing was done to protect me beyond the bare minimum of returning the watch — and even that came with financial losses on my side.

Very disappointing and unacceptable for a platform of this size. I will think twice before purchasing through Chrono24 again.

Found a KTM I couldn't find anywhere else at a honest price, shipping was extra fast.

This is the second watch I purchase from Circula and very happy with this one too... the build quality is excellent, I love it's design, very accurate, the lume is outstanding and one of the best I have on any of my watches. Highly recommended German watch brand!

Amazing watch, even compared to much more expensive ones. I was looking into a Zenith Pilot but I'm so happy I didn't pulled the trigger even though I own 3 of their great watches, but this Circula Proflight I as nice with a very original case & esthetic. It hasn't left my wrist since I received it! I'll be looking into another of their offerings, and I would highly recommend them...

That company doesn't even deserves 1 star! Have had problem with their internet and happily switched to a another and swore never to deal with Telus ever again, and then our home security provider got bought by Telus. Since then just problems, and last month they advised us that our entire systems needed to be "upgraded" at extra costs!
Again I must switch to another provider that tells me that our system is fine except the transmitter that could be upgraded to 5G for minimal cost! Now I'm trying to cancel Telus and after 1/2 day on the phone with them they can't even find my account! I've been paying them for more than 2 years now and they don't even have my account! I'm wondering if we were even monitored! What king of BS company are they, to avoid like the plague at all costs!

I ordered a few straps in the past from Drwatchstrap and have been very happy. This time I wanted a custom strap to my exact specs and I couldn't be happier, I receive exactly what I was looking for. I sent them a photo of a very expensive strap adding all my details and they were capable of producing it, with top quality materials, for a fraction of what I would have had to pay. They are now permanently on my to go list for new straps!

I received my 3 straps, many thanks! I already own many FKM straps from most manufacturers (Rubber B, Isofrane/Tropic, Zuludiver, Blue Crafter, Borealis, etc..) but the closest comparison to these new straps I think would be with Everest Straps, which cost 5 times more! Quality of the rubber and look/design wise they are very similar, except for the thickness. I think that these pair beautifully with slimmer case watches found on a typical skin diver for that reason.
To note that in compromise with a thinner profile, the design does not allow for grooves on the back side which normally helps disperse body sweat, but these straps do have a slight curve on the profile which helps. Details-wise, nice to have quick-release spring bars, a nice quality branded tang buckle, and I love the fact that the square cutouts for the pin buckle are slanted making it very easy to attach to the wrist. There is one thing I have noticed as far as colors since I bought 3, the red one received is a very deep crimson red, much darker than what my screen was showing on the website.
Overall, very happy with these new straps. Hopefully the future will bring us more sizes/colors!!

Unsurpassed bang for bucks, excellent service, my latest CW watch (The Tewlve in purple) is an absolute stunner..I now own more than 1/2 a dozen CW and have nothing but good things to say about them, I think they will rival brands in much higher brackets in the future.

I have made other purchases on Chrono24 in the past and have been very satisfied with all of them including this last. Its my go to place when looking for a new watch..

I placed an order from these guys, reading from some of the reviews I was taking a chance, but couldn't be happier. Yes, the straps were shipped from China, but they arrived in 9 days, which is very acceptable for an online order. As far as made in China, most nato from around the world come from there anyway. And the straps are of excellent quality as for the hardware being used. The colors are exactly as shown on their website. I will be ordreing more in the future!
