I purchased a 6x4 Forza goal for my son.
The goal didn’t take any time to arrive and it was in good condition once delivered. and was fairly easy to assemble.
The goal came with only two brace clips which were only adequate to secure the sides of the goal. A further 1 or 2 clips was needed to ensure minimum movement towards the back of the goal when the football is kicked into the back of the next.

I contacted customer services to express this view with the hope that an additional brace clip could be sent. I was told that the management team had deemed that two brace clips were sufficient for the size of my goal and that if I wanted to purchase more I could.

I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager and an email to the management team for me could be sent expressing my view. Or I could email customer services and that email would be forwarded to the management team.

I found this unhelpful and completely dismissive.
Whilst the customer service operator was just doing her job, it is obvious that she was acting on the company’s behalf.

What would it have cost for Networld sports to send an additional brace clip at no extra cost to me as a customer?

I went with this website after looking at a few website online. Royaldesign were the only website that had the variety of colours I wanted in the dustpan and brush set.

My bar stools didn't take long to arrive. I ordered them late Saturday and they arrived on the following Tuesday afternoon.
The stools were easy to assemble, however when coupling the pole and base together we discovered that there where no fittings to secure that part. This meant that if you needed to carry the stool to anther position you would have to ensure that the pole and base was held together before moving, or the stool would come apart.

The leather on one of the bar stool seat had some minor blemishes and the padding on one of the seat hadn't been completely cut to perfectly fit in the outer back rest framework. which meant that there was a 2mm gap where food or dirt can collect.
However over all I am quite happy with my purchase and I do think the stools were value for money.
