Tracking note raised does not mean it is likely to be delivered anytime soon.

A note from Giordano raised expectations of a delivery date based on the announcement that the parcel was about to be passed onto the courier. The status remained unchanged for over a week raising concerns that it had been lost. An email asking what was the true case suggested it might be delivered within a couple of days but the status remained stubbornly fixed as the courier was still awaiting the parcel. Parcel suddenly appeared with the courier three hours after a second email asking where it was.

Was able to discuss what equipment I needed and was recommended to go for the cheapest as that would cover all my needs. Ordered late in the day but still delivered next day. Made silly mistake on installation but was helped by tech support to correct it with helpful advice without condescension.

Really don't trust this company.

Really don't trust this company. Messed up installation so it took four months rather than two days. Delayed first service and didn't turn up for a second service having sent a reminder of the appointment date. No phone call to say delayed or not coming. Best avoided. Specifically, installation commenced 16 Nov 2020 by ripping out old working boiler. Fully working installation completed late April 2021. The boiler was fired up in December 2020 but installed incorrectly so ran continuously. Filter installed and installation corrected late April 2021. Service requested but three month delay to available booking. Serviced 19 January 2021. Service requested taking account of delay but earliest was 08 February 2023, confirmed and reminder received but no phone call or apology for not turning up. Objection to review by Glow Green on 09 Feb but no response to email asking where the engineer was.
On 10th finally got a message that the engineer was off on Monday and missed appointment was due to a diary mix up. The appointment was of course for Wednesday so plenty of time to let me know beforehand. Offered a date in March. Have asked for a refund as warranty has been invalidated.

Quick delivery of sale item

Quick delivery of sale item. Sizing chart is a little on the small side and although this is a repeat of an item I had already got this one has extra stitching at the bottom of the legs which I will have to remove as my ankle is very difficult to get through.
