WHERE IS my parcel Yodel?

WHERE IS my parcel Yodel?
Your own tracker admitted my delivery was AT my local Yodel depot, yet it remains sat there 4 days later having had NO attempt for anyone to actually DELIVER it.

That IS what you are PAID TO DO in case it slipped your minds, between misdelivering and stealing customers items! Something you are quite good at according to Google reviews for this depot. (ALL 1 star reviews as you can't give Zeros!)

I doubt I shall ever see my item now, and the latest search on your tracker says it has moved AWAY from my local Yodel depot to Yodel's national hub.

I have screen captures of all the details (times & locations) so you cannot deny it.

By the way (as if anyone at Yodel CARES) it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human being via your "help line"and curiously now, when I enter my tracking number and postcode, your online chat facility no longer appears. NOT a coincidence I'm sure!
What an appalling way to run a shambles of a company.

Ordered Friday evening, my 12L air fryer was dispatched Saturday and arrived Sunday.
A well made bit of kit which seems to work fine so far. Time will tell, as my skills improve!

UNBELIEVEABLE!!!

Today, 4.12.25, I had a phone call from Ovo - in reply to an email I sent them, informing them I no longer have a gas supply at my home address having been disconnected by CADENT following a gas leak on 17.11.25.

My supply is no longer connected and this has been checked and confirmed by British Gas yesterday (3.12.25).

The caller today from Ovo informs me that I will STILL BE CHARGED AS I HAVE A METER IN MY HOUSE, although I can no longer use gas!

Ovo have hounded me since the day they took over my supply from SSE and are bullies. read all my other Ovo reviews).

I recently suffered A STROKE (on 17.12.25) and was already disabled with multiple health issues. Ovo have most probably contributed, if not CAUSED my stroke due to their HARRASSMENT.

They now expect me to pay for gas, "because I have a gas meter installed" despite the FACT I CAN NO LONGER RECIEVE GAS at my property. No Heating or cooking facilities now, thanks!

Well Ovo, I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR A GAS SUPPLY THAT CADENT DISCONNECTED (DUE TO A LEAK).
The British Gas engineer that came yesterday (3.12.25) says I have probably been paying Ovo for years for gas that has been leaking!

THIS IS FORMAL NOTIFICATION THAT I WILL NO LONGER PAY OVO FOR ANY GAS BILLS THEY SEND.

By the way Ovo, if you take me to court I am HOUSEBOUND, and have been for YEARS! I literally cannot leave my house.

I am very ill. STOP BULLYING ME.
I will continue to pay (ELECTRICITY ONLY) every quarter, as I always do.
I probably don't have long left. I DON'T intend wasting it dealing with Ovo.
Your company 's behavior is BEYOND DISGUSTING!

Terrible after sales support!

Bought a Grouptronics GTDVD-181. Instructions were UTTERLY USELESS. Product hasn't worked properly since arrival.
After sales support NON-EXISTANT. Messages left and emails sent. None have been replied to.
Phone calls seldom answered.
Avoid this company is my advice.

MORE lies from Ovo

THREE days ago Ovo sent a message to say they were "on the case" and I would hear from you in 48 hours.
No surprise... I haven't!
Yet ANOTHER lie from Ovo, who in my experience do NOTHING BUT LIE.
Updated 8.9.25:
Had more phone calls from Ovo. Their latest game is pretending they can't hear me! Funny, it is ONLY Ovo callers who have this problem, as my phone is working perfectly with all other calls, in and out!!! Perhaps it is due to them RECORDING all my calls?

STARTED LEGAL ACTION!

Had a message from Ovo. They have "Started legal action" against me.
How about SENDING ME THE BILL (which is OVERDUE) THEN I can pay you!
You will see from your own records I continue to pay QUARTERLY, as I always did with SSE, Immediately I get your third bill I pay it.
I have NEVER agreed to paying you monthly. You KNEW I had always paid ON TIME, and quarterly.
Get off my back. I am over 70, in poor health, BUT I won't be BULLIED by you Ovo.
If I could give you ZERO stars it would be too many.
You should be PROSECUTED for the campaign of utter HARRASSMENT you have subjected me to. I have kept records of the silent phone calls, letters, and texts. Often ringing me on BOTH my phones AT THE SAME TIME, and nearly always at meal times! DOZENS of letters too.
Send my bill, it is due to be paid!

Edit: Luke, What details? You know who I am, my account number, etc.
What else do you want ffs? My inside leg measurements?!
Stop wasting my time. SEND MY BILL, or are YOU just a Bot?

Update 4.9.25:
Finally, I got my bill YESTERDAY and it was paid in full WITHIN 15 MINUTES of receipt!
As usual, I have had NO email to acknowledge payment!
NB: Ovo have NEVER ONCE acknowledged payment, yet continually bombard me with abuse and threats (WHICH I CAN PROVE!).
A disgusting company. AVOID.

Check your records..

You will see I pay IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of every THIRD bill. i.e. QUARTERLY.
STOP phoning, writing and texting me. Harrassment of a pensioner in poor health is SHAMEFUL.

I have paid QUARTERLY for years, and SSE accepted and agreed to that. Ovo knew I was a quarterly payer when you took over. I am NOT agreeing to monthly.
You can see from your own records that I pay immediately upon receipt of each THIRD months bill.

We do not accept quarterly payments - you'll need to either set up a Direct Debit, or pay off each bill in full every month. If not, your credit rating will be negatively impacted.

As you pay on demand and receive a bill monthly with us, payment is due within 14 days of receiving each bill. We're unable to change when you need to pay I'm afraid and if a payment is missed, our Payment Collections team may contact you to follow up on any outstanding balance.

STILL being harassed!

Today Ovo simultaneously phoned me on my mobile and landline to further harass me for payment.
They already KNOW I am a QUARTELY payer, since my account was taken over from SSE. I was NOT consulted and never agreed to pay monthly. I ALWAYS pay Ovo upon receipt of the third bill, i.e. QUARTERLY as I did with SSE.
STOP SENDING ME THREATENING LETTERS, TEXTS,EMAILS AND MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS!
I am elderly and in poor health. You should be PROSECUTED for continually threatening customers. What a DREADFUL company Ovo is.
And to anyone reading THIS review... ALL the five star reviews for Ovo are FAKE! Read the ONE star reviews for the truthful reviews of how Ovo ABUSE customers!!!!!

8.5.25. Update. I'm now getting multiple daily phone calls on my landline and mobile, often AT THE SAME TIME!
I shall block Ovo calls if this continues and report you for HARASSMENT.

Gone downhill...

Drivers just leave deliveries on the front doorstep, not even knocking or ringing the doorbell.
Items arriving damaged. Long wait for refunds, only to discover money has NOT been repaid to the account it came from but put into Amazons Gift account. I want MY money repaid to MY account, NOT earning interest for Amazon! I could go on, the list is endless. I'm using Amazon less and less as a result.

Ovo harrassment campaign

Ovo are now bombarding me with SILENT phone calls once or twice a day as well as threatening letters!
I will NOT be intimidated. I am a housebound pensioner, in poor health, with multiple serious health issues.
I will pay my bill upon receipt of the third bill, i.e. QUARTELY as I have always done, and as I did with SSE. You KNEW I was a quarterly payer when you forced me over to Ovo. I don't care if you don't like quarterly payers, I didn't agree to change to monthly bills.
Don't waste your time, or mine, asking for more information as I shall not respond. You will be paid as soon as I get my next (third) bill. And STOP the silent phone calls! Bullying intimidation will not work.

Quality control = 0

My single Silentnight Ortho Dream Star Miracoil mattress failed after just TWO years use. I had a furniture assessor inspection and MattressesOnline replaced it with a similar one, a Miracoil Ortho. Almost immediately this one has started making a lot of similar noises to the one that it replaced. I'll be amazed if it lasts a year.
Meanwhile I purchased 2 Silentnight pillows which were damaged (before delivery) due to poor Silentnight packaging which sucks all the air out of the wrapping (reducing 2 pillows to the size of a shoebox) causing the pillow seams to split open inside. This is a well known issue apparently! Again poor quality control by Silentnight.
My advice is DON'T BUY ANYTHING MADE BY SILENTNIGHT. They produce RUBBISH products. You have been warned.
Update: Why should you want me to contact customer support now, when you didn't want to know when I contacted you before? All you did was refer me back to the retailer!

Terrible!

I hadn't used M&S for some time and am regretting recently doing so. They messed up my online order, cancelling half of it as "out of stock", even though the app and website stating in stock!
Then, they used Evri to deliver. A separate nightmare in itself. I'm still waiting for delivery having been told it would be YESTERDAY. Nobody showed up! Evri are now saying delivery today. We'll see...

Never showed up!

Waited all day for my delivery and no sign of Evri. It's 11.20 PM now and the tracker still states out for delivery today! It obviously ISN'T.
Evri Chat bot is utterly USELESS, no help whatsoever!
Update: Louis,...
I tried ringing 03308085456 and it still thinks it is 4pm (recording) and was NO USE WHATSOEVER. Why do you tell people to ring this number KNOWING it will not help at all Evri? You plainy DON'T CARE about customer service.
I've created an enquiry incident number :
241028-034580 asking why your tracker STILL says my parcel IS being delivered today, when it obviously ISN'T and enquiring where the hell IS my package???
Update:
Finally arrived next day, after TWO further delivery windows! Not impressed with the "service".

Had to return a damaged item to Amazon using Royal Mail. My postie (great bloke) turned up to collect it on foot. Too big for him to take, he returned 20 minutes later in a van. Used his own label. Job done! Thanks Royal Mail.
