Never showed up!

Waited all day for my delivery and no sign of Evri. It's 11.20 PM now and the tracker still states out for delivery today! It obviously ISN'T.
Evri Chat bot is utterly USELESS, no help whatsoever!
Update: Louis,...
I tried ringing 03308085456 and it still thinks it is 4pm (recording) and was NO USE WHATSOEVER. Why do you tell people to ring this number KNOWING it will not help at all Evri? You plainy DON'T CARE about customer service.
I've created an enquiry incident number :
241028-034580 asking why your tracker STILL says my parcel IS being delivered today, when it obviously ISN'T and enquiring where the hell IS my package???
Update:
Finally arrived next day, after TWO further delivery windows! Not impressed with the "service".
