Called in for breakfast with granddaughters and all of it was cold. Sent it back and within a few minutes they came back with more cold food. The pancakes were like rubber and the english breakfast was cold. Very disappointed. I dont think its fair having to pay for food before you have received it as I would have refused to pay.
