The guy delivered the mower and the majority of my questions about the product, he said he didn’t know and only delivered them. Then it transpired they had forgot the instructions and they would be in the post that week. Two weeks later I contact the company and they would email a temporary copy. The file was so big I couldn’t make the guy realise I did not receive the pdf. Sent from his own email a second time I got the first page only. I emailed the company and did not receive a reply. I am now past the third week and still waiting and haven’t even used the mower. Very poor after sales service.
