Watch out for the postage insurance con.
Was about to place my first order with Mahabis but at checkout I was charged £3.95 delivery plus £3 postage insurance. I thought delivery was the responsibility of the merchant??
Finally placed my order with Allbirds with free delivery and no insurance nonsense.
Edit - After reading Mahabis response I should add that I know the insurance was optional, my question is why is it necessary? Shipping is the responsibility of the retailer not the customer. Any additional cost, optional or not, is just a way of adding value for the retailer not the customer.

We’re sorry for the confusion caused during checkout. The “Package Protection” fee is an optional service that covers your parcel in cases such as loss, misdelivery, or theft during transit.
This option can be removed at checkout if you prefer not to add it to your order. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for sharing your experience.
