Worst customer service ever.
I posted a review in December after my order was never delivered, confirmed by the courier. I made the order in November for Christmas gifts and am still waiting for a resolution. Jessica has given conflicting responses throughout, moving the goalposts and making empty assurances. I have responded to Jessica’s changing requests for information. I have sent a written response from the courier investigation which apologises for the fact I did not receive my parcel and when that was not deemed sufficient, I sent copy of my report to the police. The police advised me that Evergreen should take this up with the courier and that I should receive my goods with no further delay. In December after my review, Evergreen stated that if I sent a police report I’d receive my goods and a gift! Evergreen has taken my money and I have nothing. The police advised me to report Evergreen to Trading Standards.
Save yourself from endless stress and loss of money and avoid this company like the plague.

I finally received my items on 9th March, 4 MONTHS after I placed the order and paid.
I was sent tracking details which were for an item I hadn’t ordered and was in Switzerland so my items arrived unannounced, luckily I was in to receive them. There was no “gift” which had been promised by way of apology after my initial review.
I was asked to remove my review but I don’t think that would be the right thing to do. The items are good and exactly what I wanted (as Christmas gifts) but the truth is the customer service has been appalling.
