DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Where do I even begin?
The original delivery time for my 7ft American pool table was 4–6 weeks… it ended up taking almost 12 weeks to arrive. And let me be clear: not once did I receive any communication explaining the delays. Absolutely nothing.
From week 6 onwards, I had to start chasing them myself. Every time I called, I got fobbed off the phone by someone called Sophia who was unbelievably rude and dismissive. All I kept hearing was, “Yeah, it’s coming.” No updates, no explanations—just attitude.
When the table was FINALLY “ready,” I was told the fitters could pick it up on Wednesday. Surprise, surprise—it wasn’t even ready. It was only available on Thursday, and (yet again) they didn’t bother to tell me until I rang them myself. The amount of times I had to chase them is shocking.
Then comes the fitting. The table was supposed to be installed on Monday… except the company didn’t give the fitters the cloth. How does that even happen? We had to reschedule the fitting to Thursday because of their incompetence.
And it gets better…
We paid for the accessories pack, which includes expensive Aramith balls. Instead, they handed us some cheap knock-off balls, didn’t mention anything about it, and also didn’t provide the chalk pack, microfibre cloths, or cue spray that we paid for.
At this point I’m thinking: Is anything this company does actually professional?
I then spoke to a manager named Ted, who promised to “try” to get me the Aramith balls — even though I’m literally owed them. Then he tried implying that I was only calling to get money back. Completely unacceptable.
He claimed the balls were out of stock — meanwhile they are fully in stock on their website, and I even had to buy my own set because I was tired of the nonsense. Why am I paying premium prices for this level of disrespect and incompetence?
Let me be clear:
The table itself is beautiful and high quality.
But guess what? There are many other companies who make tables just as good AND actually provide proper customer service. If I’m spending this kind of money, the least I expect is communication. A message, an email, a phone call — anything. Instead, I had to chase them every step of the way only to be brushed off.
Looking at other reviews, it seems this company has a habit of trying to twist things to make themselves look innocent when replying publicly. That won’t be happening here.
