Faulty product
Purchased a pair of shoes but after the second wear the heel literally snapped in half whilst on holiday. I wrote and complained, they wouldn't give me a refund but willingly offered me a £30 e-gift card insisting I returned the broken shoes which I did the same day. It took them a while to acknowledge receipt of the shoes but did eventually email me the e-gift voucher. At least the cost was covered, so I thought! That was on 3rd Feb 2026 ...... on 5th they went into Administration and the e-gift voucher will not be honoured in any shape or form. They did this fully aware of the situation their side! This is such appalling business behaviour, be upfront with customers. If they reinvent themselves (which they probably will having brought administrators in several times before), we will know and I hope everyone gives them complete avoidance.
