Wrong parcels was delivered
According to the shop’s instructions, all parcels must be checked before acceptance. We ordered an expensive table from the Audo Copenhagen brand via Scandinavia design shop (from France to Portugal).
However, the delivery driver in Portugal (Bicesse) refused to allow us to check the parcels before signing. We did not sign the delivery documents, but we were left with the parcels anyway.
As it turned out, the delivery contained only part of our table, and instead of the remaining parts, there were large lamps belonging to someone else. If the delivery driver had allowed us to inspect the parcels, this situation could have been avoided and we would not now be dealing with returns, exchanges, and unnecessary stress.
We are very dissatisfied with the delivery service and are currently waiting for the issue to be resolved.
