Ordered a week ago
Ordered a week ago, requested to cancel my order pretty much as soon as I ordered due to the bottle being a roll on ( I didn’t realise, I thought it was spray) and I was ignored. But even though I paid £5 for next day delivery, still nothing a week later.
Scam company, stay far away.

We apologise if your cancellation request was missed — as a small team, we always do our best to respond to every enquiry, and we're sorry if yours wasn't picked up in time. Our product pages do clearly state that our perfumes are roll-on perfume oils, but we understand that details can sometimes be overlooked when ordering.
Regarding delivery, we're sorry for any delay. Occasionally, shipping times can be affected by factors outside of our control, but we'd love to look into this for you and find out exactly where your order is.
