Terrible service

Terrible service. This is already the third time my bed hasn’t been delivered properly. Every time I’m forced to take a day off and wait at home the whole day, and each time the delivery arrives incomplete. I cannot say this is a good service or that customers are treated with respect. Instead, we are left worrying about our orders and wasting our time receiving each missing part on a separate day.
