Fantastic customer service even out of hours on a Saturday night. Had to contact them as Royal Mail delivered my shoes to Plymouth instead of Maidenhead by mistake. Lemonade staff replied to my email quickly and put my mind at rest. The shoes, when I received them were fabulous.
