I ordered a table tennis table as a Xmas present which was fully paid for and a courier was booked for the 15th December. The delivery never arrived and when I tracked the order it was suddenly showing cancelled. I have had no cancellation email, reason and no refund. I’ve sent three contact forms on the website with no reply. This is so disappointing and means we will be without a large gift for Xmas causing more expensive and more importantly upset.
I would not recommend using this company who I thought could be trusted being a larger company but apparently not.
