I placed my first order with Simple Lighting and it will be my last. The goods were never delivered and the courier placed the parcel elsewhere. Instead of putting this right, the company blamed their courier and made me complete forms that should never have been required.
I sent a lawful cancellation request on 5 November and received no reply for five days. When I called to chase this, the sales manager spoke to me in a very dismissive and defensive manner, which only added to the frustration.
I have now finally received a refund, but only after chasing multiple times. The whole experience has been unprofessional from the lack of communication to the attitude shown when I asked for my rights to be respected.
A very poor first impression and certainly my last order with Simple Lighting.
