Great fudge but..........

I'm not going to lie, I absolutely love this fudge. I have purchased on numerous occasions, however on the last occasion there a was a fair delay on my delivery. I contacted customer services on 2 separate occasions with absolutely no response to date! I did eventually receive my order but I will be thinking twice before ordering again sadly. I'm not entirely sure if the delivery delay was down to The Finest Fudge co, or if it was down to the courier unfortunately but I feel that communication would have been more than helpful!

We’re really glad to hear you love the fudge, but we’re truly sorry about the delay with your last delivery and the lack of communication from us. That’s not the experience we want anyone to have.

This time of year is incredibly busy for us and our couriers, but we completely understand that clear communication would have made things much easier, and we’re working on improving this going forward.
