Lost package, no response
Based on tracking I can see my package had arrived in Sweden from GLS the 21.Aug, where apparently DB Schenker, delivered my package to a shop in Helsingborg, and now it’s lost.
I don’t know what sort of agreement you and GLS have. But you both lose my package and I hear nothing about it for nearly 2 weeks, and the only reason why I know is I was able to find a number to call GLS to figure out what the hell happened.
WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?!?!?
