Unprofessional services
DB Schenker was originally about to deliver a package to me ( a table that weighs 31kg) in my door. I prevented them from doing so for the driver's safety and for table's safety aswell (just in case a driver damages it) and i offered to pick it up myself.
When I opened the package the table was already broken. I was trying for a whole week to find a solution to send it back and get my money back. They boked a pickup service in wrong address and they even send a confirmation for it , then I told them the correct address and they canceled the booking. After that they told me to leave the package in a schenker ombud. So I was trying to do and the agent refused to take it. I don't know if they want to joke with me but that's not funny at all.
Totally unworthy. Waste of time and energy for a package that THEY themselves damaged.
I wish I never get any service with schenker again. By far the WORST.
