I completely fell in love with their jewelry at first sight and couldn’t wait to buy a few pieces at a convention. The designs looked stunning and unique — I was really excited!

But once I got home and did a little digging, I was honestly disappointed. I found some of the same items (or very similar ones) on sites like AliExpress and Shein for a fraction of the price. It felt misleading, as I thought I was buying original or handcrafted pieces.

I still love the aesthetic, but I wish there had been more transparency about where the items are sourced from. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing again.

Hi Lisa,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We’re truly sorry to hear that you felt disappointed after your purchase — we understand how important trust and transparency are when it comes to supporting small brands.

We’d like to clarify that all of our jewelry is sourced directly from small, independent artists based in Korea. These pieces are handcrafted or produced in small batches by the original designers themselves. Unfortunately, larger platforms like AliExpress and Shein have been known to copy or mass-produce designs from these smaller creators without permission, which leads to confusion and situations like this.

We never source products from those platforms, and it’s very important to us to support ethical practices and fair compensation for artists. We appreciate your love for the aesthetic and hope that this explanation gives more context into how and where our products are made.

Thank you again for your feedback — it helps us communicate better and stay true to what we believe in.
