Disappointed, won’t buy from them again

I have bought from Valentte before snd liked their products but this is the first order I have placed for some time which amounted to nearly £90.
I ordered 4 read diffusers for my Mother and mother in law who are both in their 90’s. Two Cherry and two Sicilian Lemon, plus two of the foot spa gift box es.
Delivery was fast and communication was good.
When the box arrived it was impossible to tell which was which read diffuser. There was nothing on the boxes to tell you.
You had to open the box, take out the reads from the box, take the card out and carefully turn the liquid bottle upside down to see the bottom of the bottle which was the only place I could find that listed the scent.
This is obviously to save on the cost of packaging but it would be so simple and cheap to produce pretty labels for each scent and put them on the outside of the box.
I checked the foot spa gift boxes and both jars of the foot scrub had leaked, not a lot but again the jar had not been done up tightly enough.
As these are going to be gifts, I cannot comment on the longevity or quality of the products , which used to be lovely. Reading the bad reviews of Valentte on Trustpilot, I fear this company has become a victim of its own success. .
Sadly I am unlikely to order from them again.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with this order – that’s definitely not the experience we want you to have. I totally get how frustrating it must have been with the reed diffusers, and you’re right – it would be way easier with labels on the boxes, so we’ll look into making that change. As for the foot scrub jars, I’m really sorry they leaked. That’s definitely something we need to work on, and we’ll make sure our quality control is tighter moving forward.
