I had a sad experience :(
I really liked designs of products at this shop. I was so excited to receive products that I ordered from this shop. When I opened my parcel, right away I found out one of the products was a wrong product. The shop sent me a product with another colours that I didn't actually order. Of course people make mistakes sometimes. I understand that. I contacted the shop. The shop answered me that I can return the product or I keep the product, but I need to pay the half of the price of the product. I gently asked the shop that if the shop could send me the product with right colours that I actually ordered and wanted with free delivery. Before I asked the shop that, I even checked their online store if the product is still available or not then, I found out it was still available there. So, I told the shop that as well, however, the owner of the shop just told me the product is unavailable. I was really disappointed. For their customers, the shop better add right information on their online shop always. In the end, the shop gave me 15% discount code for my next purchase. However, from this experience, I honestly don't know if I would order from this shop again or not in the future. Because they might send me different products again and I might be kinda forced to pay money for products that I actually don't want. This is why I decided to give 3 stars. This is really sad and shame because I know how foreigners survive in Finland is extremely hard for especially now. I really wanted to support the shop with this reason as well.
