I am VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered 4 tires 8th Jan 25. They delivered 3 tires of the wrong type. I have reported this 5 times now and each time been given a new collection date. None of the times they arrived as scheduled! I will not receive my refund until they have collected the tires.
I will call AGAIN today to chase them to do the collection. I find the customer service appalling.
I will not use this company again.
Due to time pressure I ended up having to buy another set of 4 tires elsewhere to another big expense!

I expect a person from Neuomaticos Online to contact me asap to reassure a collection date and my immediate refund. Order nr: RD 54151685.
