I had quite a challenging end of tenancy clean as my ex-tenant is disabled and left the flat in a mess. Another cleaning company went there last week and refused to do the job when they saw the scope of the work involved.
The Golden Group operative went today and got rid of all the rubbish, followed by a really good clean. Mo kept me up to date on progress throughout the day and sent me photos before and after the clean on Whatsapp.
The flat is now ready to go back on the market, and I would happily use this firm again.
