I had quite a challenging end of tenancy clean as my ex-tenant is disabled and left the flat in a mess. Another cleaning company went there last week and refused to do the job when they saw the scope of the work involved.
The Golden Group operative went today and got rid of all the rubbish, followed by a really good clean. Mo kept me up to date on progress throughout the day and sent me photos before and after the clean on Whatsapp.
The flat is now ready to go back on the market, and I would happily use this firm again.

I used this company for the first time and was very impressed. The property was left spotless and they did an incredible job on a large upholstered sofa that needed a thorough deep clean. I had a tonne of black mould that had built up in my shower- the cleaner came on time- and on the same day I called + completed the job far better than I thought possible, as black mould is so difficult to get rid of. Very happy with the job she did and also very happy with the customer service I received over the phone. Most definitely will use golden group again 👍👍👍

Being heavily pregnant, I was unable to clean my bathroom and toilet. The cleaner came on time and did everything for me. She even went beyond my expectations. Might be calling her back when baby is born. She did a great job.

I used Golden Group for a move-out clean in August. It was incredibly ease to schedule (Mo was very responsive), and incredible value compared to most other options I could find online. The cleaning team arrived promptly and did a fantastic job with the clean (including full carpet clean with a machine). They left the flat in excellent condition, with the estate agent agreeing to not deduct any monies from my deposit for additional cleaning needs, which was ideal.

We were let down by some very poor after build cleaners, I contacted Ivana and she sent a cleaner from Golden Group who was absolutely excellent. Attention to detail and everything completed within time to a very high standard. Will definitely use again.
