Worst installation service ever experienced

Recently I ordered a fridge to be installed in my kitchen. The order went smooth, but then the trouble started. The guys who did the installation were rude (started making their own coffee, using my machine) and started asking for extra money since in their opinion a pipe needed to be shortened (which took 5 minutes in total).
After the installation was completed it turned out, the dish washer was not working properly anymore. The water could not be pumped, because the men who did the installation did not shorten the pipe, but had pushed the pipe down, blocking the drain pipe of the dishwasher. After contacting the BCC customer service, they said this was my problem as the dish washer was not bought at BCC.
If any of your electronics need installation, please do not order it at BCC as they leave you with the mess.
