Normally very good but I waited over an hour after my order only to get a phone call to say my pizza will soon be put into the oven and then a further half an hour or so to get an apology from the manager to say that my order would not be arriving at all as they we're shutting down the kitchen and offered me a slightly increased amount on top of order cost to put into my account credit or a refund. Obviously I opted for a refund and I will order again in the future but I want my confidence in them to get back to how it used to be. They clearly have a bad system in place and HQ should be more prepared for situations like what happened tonight and help the store to do better when this happens. Had to order from another takeaway who we're also busy but at least they can do a better job of it. I wish this situation to be a step forward to better handle future situations like this or worse. This review is not meant to be harsh but more constructive criticism to help them to do better in the future.
