Spoke with Mary this afternoon from the Customer Support team. Super amazing, really quick service and easy to speak with. Helped me arrange new renewal deal since I would like to stick with BeFibre. Never had to ring Customer Support since I have never had an issue but definitely would never have an issue ringing again in the future based off Mary's service!

I had to make a change to my Zzoomm installation date time and rang their helpline and spoke to a helpful and polite operator called James who organised a different time. Great service from a customer service operator.

they tried to install broadband over 3 and a half months ago and they still haven't installed it.
i've been trying to get an update from them since 21st may. 3 emails and no reply.
the duct to the house collapsed, i told them that before they tried to install in feb. but they didn't listen. they then tried to contact my neighbour to arrange a repair of the duct, i told them that they won't get a response because they're away but they still spent another 6 weeks sending letters. the repair is now with open reach.
is it possible i'll get to 6 months and still no install? are zzoomm really that bad?

I agreed an installation and time slot. No one from the company appeared. 40 minutes before the end of the time slot (1700) they phoned to say that they would not be making it today and would I like to re-sched for another day. I cancelled any further appointments and my order. The service was pathetic and I would not recommend the company to anyone looking for a broadband service. There are plenty of others out there with a wish to supply you.

I have had the service for around two years now and have been very impressed throughout. Contract negotiation at the end of the first year was simple and was handled in just one email.
I also recently needed to contact technical support after realising my connection was behind CGNAT and that I needed a static IP. My call was answered within five minutes, even though it was after 5pm. The representative, Riz, was knowledgeable, personable and sorted my request in less than five minutes.
Overall, I would rate them as the best ISP I have ever used.

Spoke to a lovely lady called Rachael about renewing my contract with Zzoomm. Everything was really straight forward and easy. She offered me a really good deal which im happy with and can forget about it for another 24 months, thank you!
