I made a trial on the part of Zype 2…

I made a trial on the part of Zype 2 months ago and it happened that, despite I have disabled the subscription, Zype has continue to steal my money to date.
I tried to ask for an explanation, but the only thing they tried to do is convince me to use the platform.
But I don't want to use their service also because all the platforms turn out to be the same and aesthetically obscene!
I have moved to another cheaper and more serious OTT provider.
