I had not received my bracelet after waiting an appropriate time. I contacted Zox and they responded quickly and resolved my situation professionally and to my satisfaction.

I had a question after I placed my order about whether I should have ordered a band to go with a tag. I got a quick reply that I had ordered correctly.

The products are fine. But apparently they think they can keep bugging you everyday with their stupid NFC tags without asking for permission. AVOID!!!!!

Good folks who want to help. Had an issue, sent a request for help, got a reply within the day, and they immediately fixed the problem.

Zox has phenomenal customer service! When my package went missing in transit, I contacted them to let them know and within 24 hours they had responded kindly and shipped me a new order. Their bracelets are of good quality, and I just love the uplifting messages I get when I tap my phone to the chip in the bracelets. I’ve been going through a rough time here recently, and these messages are a good reminder that I am worthy of love and compassion. Between that and their customer service, I am a lifelong customer!

I had a problem reading the script on an old ZOX bracelet. While, they couldn’t fix the script or change it, they did offer another bracelet with a similar affirmation. They were incredibly responsive and I felt heard. ALL customer service departments should be like this!

Easy to order, the only bit I found a little tricky was using Shop and ClearPay, but that's probably more my user ability than a reflection on the companies. I haven't received the product yet but when I asked with regards to tracking my order, they couldn't do enough. Very impressed. Will use again.
