I had a problem reading the script on an old ZOX bracelet. While, they couldn’t fix the script or change it, they did offer another bracelet with a similar affirmation. They were incredibly responsive and I felt heard. ALL customer service departments should be like this!

Easy to order, the only bit I found a little tricky was using Shop and ClearPay, but that's probably more my user ability than a reflection on the companies. I haven't received the product yet but when I asked with regards to tracking my order, they couldn't do enough. Very impressed. Will use again.

I received a package the bag was ripped and empty but I did not expect them to replace bracelets it was not ZOX's fault this happened but they did replace them which I feel bad about because it was not their fault. I love their wrist hugs they get me through life stuff

The connector on my watch band broke, and I found the customer service to be exceptional. Their response was prompt and their team was amazing with solutionsto fix the issue.

They got back to me the same day. I feel like Zox puts their customers first.

The Company responded quickly to my query. The products are amazing, environmentally created, and touches on all aspects of Life for a constant reminder.
My first purchase was the Caring Hearts bracelet - Red, White and Blue celebrating Fire, EMS, and Law enforcement, of which I served my Communities.

Great products. Love the daily Bible verse my Zox provides. It’s a great reminder to me on the hard days.

My original stopped working but they immediately sent me a replacement when I let them know.

The Zox team went above and beyond in resolving my issue.

I had a very small minor issue, No biggie, with an adapter once I notified them. They immediately corrected the issue in both refund and replacement .

Have placed 3 orders of 5+ Bible Verse bracelets. I will admit that along with the 1st order, I chose to also order from a similar company. I have only ordered from Zox since. The bracelets are a better quality and, Zox does not require you to download an app to your phone! It also provides as many verses as you need per day! The initial order was for Christmas gifts. Since, I have had to order 2 more times because I keep getting requests for them. The quality of these bands are great but the message it provides is even better. Thank you for creating them. Zox is an amazing brand and their customer service is the best I’ve seen. I’ve had mistakes in orders but they are quick to send the correct item and request you to spread the love to someone else who could use it, rather than returning them. I filed a wrong order after hours and they even responded within minutes and got a replacement order right away. I have lots of these bracelets and they’re amazing!
