I give it 4 stars because the applicator for the bottle doesn’t screw on to the bottle just sits on top once you take the stopper out, so with it having the Oud scent I feel it would evaporate faster and lose the scent quicker and if I was to knock it on my dresser it would spill out than if it had a Proper screw top, and if we was to use the stopper after every use I would lose product because it would just come off the applicator otherwise nice product smells good nice packaging and presentation

Ordered for 4 th time. Quality definitely went down, balm in plastic pot came all in scratches
Smells seems strangely different.
Not gonna order anymore.

Saw the ad come up on Instagram and knowing my husband likes being pampered especially with face oils, keeping his beard in check and he likes his scents I thought this looked really good!
I ordered the full package. Loved the overall appearance looked high quality, the oud smell was amazing, super strong to start off with and as the day goes on it sets, giving this wonderful scent that’s still strong but in a nose inhaling ahhh kinda way 😂😂😂
To increase the buyer experience I think you should include luxury packaging box to put all the products in (1 product came separate to the rest and in a Amazon box) sort of similar to Gucci or Dior some nice wrapping paper and a personalised message to whoever it’s for would’ve made it a 10/10 experience.

I came across Zousz for the first time a few months ago on the internet. I ordered the Gold beard oil and Balm. The delivery was superfast with excellent outer packaging.
The actual product packaging is excellent quality and really impressive. The smell of the fragrance is very nice but not overpowering. Since my initial purchase have now added the Black Oud to my collection. I had one issue with a delivery which was incorrect, A short email to Customer Service was answered immediately and the issue resolved with 24 Hours!
