Had some minor set up problems but Doris from Customer service fixed it in a flash.
I have several Zosi security camera systems and find them to be excellent value for money.
This latest PTZ smart camera allows me to monitor an entire area and check everything via my smartphone.
Don't pay the outrageous marked prices of the "name" brands when you can get systems as good as or better at a lower price from Zosi.

ZOSI download problems
ZOSI camera DVR system. I have had my ZOSI system for several years and has done well. Recently, I needed to download a recorded event. It was there, but the controller would not transfer. Instead, it would reboot the entire device. The recording was still there.
So I contacted 'Technical Services' at ZOSI- and very quickly got a reply from Cathy at Technical Support/ Customer Services. After supplying her with more details, Cathy responded with INSTRUCTIONS on how to proceed. I followed them and my ZOSI system is back to 100%! Cathy's instructions were easy to understand and follow. Thank you Cathy and team ZOSI
Tremendous Customer Service
I started to set up my Zosi 8-channel system last July (2020) but didn’t get finished. I finally finished installing the remaining cameras (January 2021). When trying to login I couldn’t remember my password. I emailed customer service, being late afternoon on Saturday I figured I wouldn’t hear anything back until Monday. Within 3 minutes I had a follow up email from John requesting additional information. Once I provided the info he helped me and I was able to reset my password. Start to finish John had resolved my problem in 26 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. That kind of support and customer service solidifies that I made the right decision choosing a Zosi security camera system! Kudos to John and keep up the great service...

Reliable, durable and efficient
The hardware is very reliable and the video is clear and sharp. Unlike fancy "smart" devices this setup allows for local saving of video files that I can put on a flash drive and watch anywhere. I also really like customer support via WhatsApp, it is instant and allows not only to exchange messages but also images and links, which is very helpful. Overall, very pleased!

Zosi 8-channwl/8 camera WiFi System
I purchased the Zosi 8-Channel/Wifi 1080p camera system on Amazon, and had the system within 24 hours of purchasing. The NVR was very easy to setup , 20 minutes maybe, as was each camera which took a bit more time just because of logistics in placing cameras in gables/etc... I have activated 5 of the 8 cameras, 4 outdoors. I am in a Canadian climate (-10 C the day I installed everything) so the system is getting a winter test. The cameras inside and outside the building connect very well when they are under 100 ft away. My furthest camera is about 250 ft away on a second outbuilding and that camera does require the extender antenna and it does drop signals quite frequently. I have a satellite internet connection with 10 MB/sec and I have been able to, with John's help in Zosi support, to connect my iPhone 11 to the system for remote access. Overall this is a VERY good system for the price point - I replaced a 4 year old LOREX hybrid system that was far more complex to setup and frankly was very unreliable (my experience is Lorex has great wired systems, WiFi plug-in voltage cameras were a problem right from the onset).

The initial DVR arrived and unfortunately did not work properly. Systems support responded fast with options to try. When all avenues were tried they agreed to send out a replacement. Support was fast and thorough.
