Very good system and I am very please with the customer support. They did a great job and stayed with and gave me a lot of ways to get my problems resolved.

I absolutely had to come here and share the wonderful experience I had with the tech support/customer service rep Doris that helped me figure out our Zosi camera system. I had tried several times and couldn't get past log in or to verify if we were in fact recording.
Doris helped me through all of that with step by step instructions and made sure that I was all set.

This was an wonderful experience where my situation was totally resolved..

I had two problems: I could not log into my DVR and I received an error message on the computer for remote viewing.
I was helped by John. The password in the DVR is blank by default. I left it blank and was able to login.
For the computer program I needed to set up a password on the DVR then update it on the computer. John was very helpful and the service was fast. This was done through their WhatsApp account

NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE EVER
I spent over £280 with this company and got a set of four wireless cameras and hard drive and base unit.
They worked for just about 1 year than all the trouble started loseing sign then picture just a waste of money and of course there in china but told me we are in the UK.
after four months of emailing I nearly gave up all they did was send me two PTZ Wifi Smart Security Camera at a cost of £80 so I lose £200 do I have to say any more.
never again.

Zosi has great affordable products and excellent customer support. If you get stuck on the installation with any of their products just email their tech support and someone will get back to you with helpful instructions.

I wasn't able to do anything with my camera (check the recording) it was telling me to sign in with my password. I tried every password I can think of none of them worked. so I sent them an email. I got a response right away from Jeremy. My problem was resolved. Great customer service!!!!!

I had trouble resetting my password for my camera and Doris helped my along the way and was very helpful in doing so. Thank you guys so much and Doris especially for helping my resolve my issue.

I purchased the system via Amazon in October. It was easy to install and worked out of the box great!! Doris was super patient answering my questions and getting back to me super fast!!! She is such an asset to your firm. ZOSI puts out a GREAT produt and the support is even better!!!
