Really bad company

Really bad company. I had issues from day one. I had to email them and all they would offer me was a return email with the solution which was always to do a clean install!!! I had blue screen from the word go constantly and the above was all they ever offered. Then the warranty ran out and tah dah they said for a fee we can come and pick it up fix it and drop it back off!! Hahahhaa Worst computer and company I have ever had and had to deal with. I wish I had typed zoostorm into google before purchasing, had I done I would not have wasted my money

Recently had to return my Zoostorm …

Recently had to return my Zoostorm computer for repairs, excellent service, updated at every step and quick collection, repair and return.
Would recommend to anyone. Aftercare is excellent.

Bought a gaming desktop

Bought a gaming desktop , hard drive died after 15 months . No help resolving the issue. Poor attitude to customer service considering the goods were faulty.

Zoostorm inferno Amazing pc!

Been looking for a new gaming pc for sometime after getting ripped off by (kelsus-it) i was been very cautious.Have no fear with zoostorm,The inferno pc i brought is truley a beast of a machine with no expence spared in the build of this pc.it really is first class.I've seen pc's for twice what i paid in pc world with less spec.10/10 thanks zoostorm

I buy this gaming PC

I buy this gaming PC, an i5 7400 GTX 1050i.
It came with the OS pre-installed. Was easy and fast update it and start it to run.
I´m using this Pc for programming and gaming and I´m really happy..
The manufacture of the case maintain the PC in all the moment cool.
I´m really happy with this product, I totally recomended

Really happy with the support I got …

Really happy with the support I got from kerry from zoostorm today. Have spent a week of trying to sort out with argos to get to the bottom of my missing computer that dpd says I signed for. A few phone calls and few email with kerry later and now I'm getting my son Xmas present sent out again. Least I'll have a happy child now so a big thank you

Thanks for the review, its great that Kerrie was able to help in this way. I'm just so sorry you've had this trouble in the first place. We've ordered a new PC for you, meanwhile, we will continue to work with DPD to get to the bottom of this.

I'm sure your son will be super excited on Christmas day! As with any electrical gift, please remember to unpack it, check it over and plug the PC in when you it arrives. Windows may need to do some super quick updates, but when the whole world is trying to do this on Christmas day, it may take a while! The best thing to do is just make sure its all set up and working, then pack the PC away again. If you find yourself in the classic position of being unable to get everything back in the box, don't worry, we can email you a packing guide if you need it.

Consistent awesomeness

I got my second Zoostorm machine in a row today, and its an awesome little powerhouse, and even more importantly, no Windows!! Everything is as usual very professional and come across friendly, but I am yet to try their support line.

I always recommend Zoostorm as a reliable low cost provider of computers!

zoostorm i3 processor 8gb ram 2tb hard …

zoostorm i3 processor 8gb ram 2tb hard drive this is great for storage,has a fast processor but the big shame is the wifi connection setup s a problem it's always cutting out and takes a while to re connect have had to get a ethernet connection to stop losing my connection that's about the only problem with this system will have to upgrade this at a later date.

Very good after sales customer service experience.

I bought a computer and after a few days I had a problem with the graphics card (bad luck). They immediately sent a courier to collect the computer and after a few days I had it back with a new graphics card. I had a very good after sales customer service experience. Now the computer works perfectly.

I have purchased several Zoostorm PCs …

I have purchased several Zoostorm PCs for our office over the last year or so ( ones without Windows pre-installed) and have found them to be reliable, easy to install windows 7 or 10 and very good value for money.
These were purchased via Ebuyer.
I caqn thoroughly recommend Zoostorm.

Windows 10 had stopped running while …

Windows 10 had stopped running while installing and then I had a black screen. Called Zoostorm and they emailed me instructions. Only problem was it removed my apps. So now I have no outlook or microsoft

I'm so sorry you have had issues with your Windows 10 upgrade. Your PC was bought in 2011 with Windows 7. It's unclear from our notes if your PC crashed while trying to upgrade to Windows 10 for the first time or not. We sent you the instructions to restore your system to its previous version before it crashed. This action should not remove any of your applications.

However, some of our customers in 2011 benefited from an offer we had with Microsoft, where their Windows 7 was provided with a starter edition of Office. You may have had this edition, in which case, your upgrade would be to the advertised version of Windows 10 and would not include these extra applications. Alternatively, If you hold a valid licence key for these applications in full, you will be able to download them again from Microsoft.

I'm sorry we have not been able to help you any further on this one. If you need help with anything else, please give us a call or email us.

I dived deep into the Zoostorm pool...

I dived deep into the Zoostorm pool and went for an Intel i7 processor with 3TB hard drive and... well, basically 'The Works!'
Took delivery, unpacked it, plugged it in and couldn't be happier.
Fast as a road runner and quiet as a dormouse.
And talking of mice...
It even came with a new mouse and keyboard too!
Very happy :)

I'm so sorry a tablet has arrived faulty. You contacted us and we tried to fix the problem over the phone but couldn't. We tried to arrange to collect the tablet and bring it back here to our UK Service Centre where we will try to repair it, replace it or offer a refund. You didn't come back to us to agree a collection date and we sent a further reminder before closing the query. If your tablet is still faulty, please get in touch. We will do our best to get it repaired and back out to you.

As an eBay customer, you also have their money back guarantee. If you would prefer a refund, just get in touch.
