Have two of their desktop machines now. Great value for the machines but the after service is actually very surprising. Always helpful, knowledgeable, and follow up with you to make sure all is still working as it should be! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely brilliant. PC works great but had the TPM issue caused by Windows update and the team got to work on a fix and sent clear, easy to follow instructions as well as being on the end of the phone and helping when I hit a snag. Customer service desk are also really polite and friendly. Can't praise them enough, thanks guys.

I have had a Zoostorm desktop from 2014 with no problems whatsoever.
I upgraded to Windows 10 recently and the troubles began. Firstly with my speakers not working which I managed to sort out myself but then the Zoostorm keyboard wouldn't work correctly.
I initially spoke with a fantastic lady on the Zoostorm helpdesk and she advised me to email the technical guys with the model and serial numbers as she thought it could possibly just be a case of updating the drivers. I sent the information and got a reply straight back from Adrian with a link which gave clear instructions of how to sort the issue out.
Sorted ....... Probably the best support service around .... 5 stars in my opinion.

I've had my Zoostorm desktop for over 5 years... issues with booting up.. computing experts other than Zoostorm told me to get rid of the machine which as I hadn't backed up due to my fault. Adrian from Zoostorm did a step by step analysis and the booting issue was resolved. You can not fault Zoostorm for their expertise and professionalism. I will always recommend this company as they taught me an important lesson to backup data. I will now backup from now on but can't thank Adrian enough for his patience and professionalism in resolving this matter. He is an asset to the company. Thank you Adrian and I have written to your company director.

I bought my i7 system back in 2009 and having been in IT since It bgan (Gosh I am that old) Since 2009 the system has broken down twice. The Intel i7 CPU failed after a bout three years and Intel replaced foc, after a motheboard was sent by Zoostorm to help with diagnosis, even though warranty was out.
More recently (poor machine 9 years old now) the psu failed. Zoe and team sorted a new psu at very good price, it arrived next day. A few issues getting me going again, it turns out self inflicted, Adrian was really helpful in helping get to the cause. It turned out I hadn't clamped the heatsink down firmly enough and the processor was overheating. Zoostorm were really helpful, and despite warranties expiring years ago these guys still answered all my queries politely and promptly. Would I recomend them, yes absolutely!

Recently took delivery of a new PC from Ebuyer a Zoostorm all was well and arrived quickly however on first boot additional hard drive was not showing so i contacted Zoostorm who answered all my questions and it was determined the drive was faulty, I had an RMA and drive was picked up via courier and the very next day one was sent out by return courier , which when arrived was fitted and all worked. It was a bit annoying that it didnt work straight out the box but Zoostorm were excellent,sorting it out for me . would definitely purchase from Zoostorm again.

We recently purchased a PC from Zoostorm. We had a problem with the front USB port. We have found both their Technical and Customer Services are first class.
Adrian is always polite and responds promptly (highly appreciated) and is certainly a good technician; in hindsight, however, he should have provided the replacement components TOGETHER with full fitting instructions in the first place, instead of later on, piecemeal upon each query from us. This would have saved us lots of time and trouble. Overall, however, we are now happy with the performance of the machine and would like to highly recommend Zoostorm PC's to our friends, colleagues and neighbours.

We are a small company and have 6 PC's which are all now Zoostorm, I purchased the first one five years ago, I had never heard of the company then, but it was a good spec for the money, it is still going strong!!.
Ever since, when we need to replace a dying PC, I am sometimes tempted by the big brand names, but they are so expensive, then end up buying Zoostorm, and always delighted with what we get, it is a very reliable product, and this latest one has a Red aluminium front, so not only runs perfect, it was another unbeatable price, and believe me I looked around, and guess what its British, well done guys, Highly recommend your company.

I do computer support for living and been using Zoostorm PC for myself and customer for sometimes. Since I order hundreds of this PCs for my customer so far and it had two problems. Each time when I contact the customer services they do try their best to help.
I fully recommend this company.

I have had my desktop since 2013 and have not had a problem until recently I wanted to restore it back to factory condition, However, my recovery disc seemingly became corrupt and I could not complete the recovery of the operating system Windows 7 after deleting the Operating system, which left me with a large tin box doing nothing.
However, I called Zoostorm Customer Service explained my dilemma and despite my desktop being well out if the warranty Harriet took all of my details and passed me to Dave in their Tech support who's assistance was second to none as was Harriet who is sending me a replacement recovery disc for my PC.

UPDATE to my previous review below.
My first PC was noisy, loud noise from the permanently whirring clunky CPU fan and very loud hard drive. I contacted Customer Support who agreed to replace my PC with a higher spec PC and told me that it should be quieter.
So,the second PC arrived and to my it was noisier than the PC it replaced!
1.On start up the Hard Drive is so loud and makes a loud grinding noise.
2. Whenever the hard drive had to do some work, again it will make a loud grinding noise.
3. CPU fan noise got louder if the PC is put under any stress.
4. The case is so poor quality it is splitting apart at the front near the power button & because of the quality of the case any noise the PC makes is amplified.
I was told that the Production Manager who originally inspected the original unit when it arrived back at their Repair centre, had asked the question in regards to where is the unit kept? Is it directly on wooden/hard flooring or on a table? And is the unit getting enough air, as this could be the reason for the noise. If the unit isn’t getting enough airflow then this will cause the fans to kick in to avoid overheating.
Being a sound & acoustic engineer I found the comments a bit insulting.
So, the only other solution offered was to arrange a refund and to advise me where to get a quieter PC.
I have now purchased a refurbished HP Desktop PC which cost me less than £300 and it is as quiet as a mouse, no Hard Drive noise and no CPU fan noise.
Don't get me wrong the Customer Support is excellent, but what let's Zoostorm down is the cheap and nasty casing they use and to be fair the PSU units, CPU fans are cheap and nasty.
We have 3 Zoostorm PC's at work and they are nice & quiet, albeit 4 years old. So they must be using naff casing & parts at the moment.
Not for me to put you off buying a Zoostorm PC, but get yourself some earplugs to accompany your new purchase!
I'm an IT pro of 18 years. I have worked in large corporate environments down to Medium and small businesses. Zoostorm are now my go to pc maker. Fast, reliable, great prices for great technical specifications. My clients love them, I dont get calls about them -they tick all the boxes for me. So, as the 5 star rating says, "Excellent, no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone". Get a Zoostorm, you wont regret it!
My Zoostorm had a tricky problem and although it was out of warranty, the support I got was first class. The support staff went beyond their duty, fixed the problem, and my PC is now back working perfectly. Best price for the PC and best support I've seen to date. Well done Zoostorm.
Oh dear... I'm having real problems with a crashed Zoostorm. I purchased it on Amazon 3-months ago back in November 2017. It seriously crashed last week. And to cut a long story short Zoostorm tell me that their Warranty doesn't cover Ireland. And, furthermore, since I purchased it from Amazom my issue is with them and not with Zoostorm. Ho hum!
One option which they offer me is for me to take out and return the hard drive at my own expense. In despair I decide to do this and ask Zoostorm for an address to send it to... And then, Lo (By mistake, I guess,) I get this email below from their Customer Experience Specialist: Harriet Mossis who refers to me as a 'dude' and says:
Hi guys,
Can you send this dude his liability so he can agree to it? Just make sure you say “I’ve been passed your details to arrange sending you liability for this RMA” or something.

Laptop motherboard died after 2 years Zoostorm collected my laptop as a good will gesture and repaired it for £360 with no labour charge so cant ask anything more from them great customer services.
