My family has been dealing with Zoomeral-Genie Investments-David Hughes-Mcmann Lending- Walt Trock- Michael Lanza- they promise my family member if she put down ALOT or money she would get money within 70 days. It's been a year! Now saying no loan at all and you better not talk to anyone or write a review or we will sue you cause we put that in our contract cause we knew we where going to scam you so we had to cover our butts!!!!!!!

Do not trust Genie Investments (also Zoomeral) with owners David Hughes, Michael Conner, Caleb Davis, and John Michael Cohan. These men are scam artists! They have stolen millions from business owners. They say they have a program called a Business Expansion Line of Credit (BELOC), and that they need an upfront cost of prepaid interest. To make a long story short. NONE of their clients were ever funded for the loans they were approved for. Genie Investments also has another company called Capitulum Homes Real Estate Investing. Read reviews all over the internet, YELP, BBB, Bigger Pockets. You will find negative reviews about this company. David Hughes is a criminal and WILL be caught!
