I appreciate the active communication throughout the booking process. He noticed right away the nature of the issue, making it much bigger and more expensive than anticipated. He instead recommended to buy a new dishwasher altogether instead of fixing an old one and gave me tips on where to find good deals. I appreciate the honesty!

Shadow cloth project finallly finished after 2 years

I was fooled again
I do not recommend. They assigned me a professional supposely qualified by them who charged me 130 € for dissasembly my washmachine and disappear. The guy said a mother board was faulty and I could order it myself and afterwards call him again to finish the service and if I would not mind to give him a good review because my case would be closed anyway. Indeed no mother board can arrive within 72 h period on which Zoofy claims to accept complaints. The aftermath: I have spent a total of 195 € included additional warranty package which costed me 6.95 € and the washmachine now is completed disassembled at my home. As this is the second time happening to me in the Zoofy platform, I suspect this is a recurrent practice. My advise is to stay away from them and hire an independent professional.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
Did half of the work. Work still needed to be done. But made an appointment and never showed up. Also, upon calling, does not pick up the phone or reply to messages. This is the worst scam.

Fast and straightforward, excellent professionals
Being in a new country and still not speaking the language was being very hard to find a professional for what I needed it. I tried reaching out individuals that later did not show up. That's when I found Zoofy and in 5 minutes I got a professional booked and the next day they fixed everything I needed with excellent service. The entire process is super fast and straightforward!

Paying by the hour - not trustworthy
I recently asked for a painter to come, who can communicate in English. Unfortunately the guy they sent could not communicate neither in English or Dutch. This already took away time trying to translate and him calling his boss to translate for me. Initially when I describe the job, he says it will take an hour or two. I ask him that I would only like to pay for 2 hours (which easily can be done in 2/3 hours as only sanding and painting of a door frame is required). In this time, he says I have the wrong materials, so I in a rush step outside to buy it (which were not needed in the end). He then worked unbelievably slow, that 3 hours later he still had not finished the job. The door frame had not been fully sanded and instead was painted over. You could still see the old flakey paint.
I wrote a complaint to Zoofy. They got back to me saying that such a job should take 4-6 hours!! For a single door frame! And because I did not allow him to stay for the full amount, he was unable to finish the job and so, I will not be compensated.

The professional gave an initial time estimate based on limited information, but there was pressure from the start to complete the job within two hours. That makes it difficult to work properly, which we hope you understand.
We also saw that you reported the issue on the 10th, but chose to have it resolved outside of us. As clearly stated in our terms, this affects the warranty we can offer.

The job was not done at all and the workman spent a total of 5 minutes to assess what I had already submitted photos of. Originally they had the audacity to invoice me the full amount. After a month and 4-5 attempts by me to reach them they lowered the invoice to a "diagnostic fee" with their additional "service charges" totalling over €82. When I objected to this they stopped responding and sent a debt collection agency after me for €122.
Just find a local handyman. Do not use this service unless you enjoy being ripped off

As per our general terms and conditions, when a professional visits the location, assesses the situation, and determines that the job cannot be carried out, we are required to charge an inspection fee.
In this case, the professional did visit, assess the situation, and concluded that the work could not be performed. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot waive the inspection fee.
If the payment is not made, the matter may be referred to a debt collection agency as per our procedures.
