Guys have 0 knolidge and just charge for high amount of money for solve nothing.

scammers , if you wanna know more details about the job and you say you are interested you got charge with money and most people will not replay an d you end up paying 200 to 500 euro a month just looking for jobs do not use this shit platform

Im having an issue with data privacy and tried to contact their support team but even their contact form doesnt work. nothing happens while clicking on "submit form". My issue was, even though i haven't consented to share my phone number with the potential professionals, since i posted a job, i got a whatsapp message from one of the them. I don't want anyone to contact me through my phone number unless i decide to work with them and share my phone number voluntarly by myself. Please help with this, thanks

The form.
I went to werkspot two times.
First disappointment, I filled the form and relize that I have to log in-Drop it
Second time I knew I have to log in, so I thought I will open the account but after filling the form no CREAT ACCOUNT option. Another disappointment!
Why is even the form available without logged in?

the plumber a Ukraine plumber charged us 4000 but left the job unfinished and basically cheated us of the money but the customer service could not do anything to him.

I receive soo many FAKE contacts that I had to pay more thn 500€ from my own money
For receiving contacts that dnt even respond
This s some game Werkspot plays to gain as much money as possible..
When I wanted to stop the lost and to delet account I only receive emails that s not possible because they still wanna take more money from me even I wanna STOP everything that has relation with werkspot
.this kind of oplichting will trick many people in the future and it has to stop NOW
We gain our money with hard working and is a shame that they wanna take it easy with oplichting.

Customer service is terrible. I was cheated (500 euros) by one professional that they have hired and I was threatened by him. I have all the proofs but the customer service did NOTHING. I kept emailing but no response. Is this how you take care of consumers? Absolutely disappointed.

Easy and fast way to find someone for your house maintenance

I wanted my ceiling re-done,
Chose two companies to get quotations from.
One was way too expensive.
The otherone was Klusjesman AEG.
He contacted me to come and view the job which he did, then he said i will send u a quotaton tomorrow. It took 3 days to finally get a price and I agreed, he was supposed to start on 1st of Sept. I receive a text from him a day before that he is cancelling. I have emptied my living and dining room and living between boxes and bags.
Absolutely not professional and I am very disappointed at werkspot.
Now u have to start again and find someone to come urgently and do the job.
Werkspot should check the companies they make a deal with. Not good at all.

I am trying to stop my subscription and delete my account because i already have enough work but i Couldn’t get in contact to them. I tried doing it in their online platform on how to stop subscription and delete account but it doesn’t work. They don’t have contact number to call them.
Went to their office but it’s not allowed to go inside.It’s like it is a scam.
You can find work but when it comes to stopping the membership you can’t undone it anymore!!!!!!

I found a company through this website to do some works but they disappeared with my money. Just to inform you that there are companies on this site who you cannot trust.

It's a tragedy. Werkspot doesn't inform clients that professionals have to pay commission. People have no idea and often thoughtlessly share data, and we have to pay sometimes over 60 euros for it.I believe there should be no fees charged unless the client hires a professional. A person who is not employed will never be employed again by that person, that's obvious. Fees should only be charged if the service is actually performed. Alternatively, if people thoughtlessly share certain data then they should pay a commission!! I earned 1000 euros on Werkspot in a month and paid over 600 euros to Werkspot. It's totally unprofitable. Unless Werkspot itself posts ads just to make money by cheating professionals. I strongly advise against it and I am resigning from this site until the rules change.

This is a scam app for professionals. Simple users have no idea that professionals pay a fee every time they get a reply. There are however ghost users who never reply. Fees are high so the price given by professionals has to include the fee as well. Werkspot does not provide any feedback or review. They are just charging very high fees.

The delivery of the articles takes a lot of time, I’m not so happy with this, hope you find a solution, thanks

Sharing contactdetails without you knowing that is a real privacy concern. Once you react on a message of a potential company, Werkspot immediately sends your personal details to that company without you knowing that. Also they make the other company pay for your reaction in a percentage of the job. Its a shame and a real breach of privacy. They say in the reaction below that its clearly communicated that they will send your personal details. But they don't communicate this. I, as a person need to be in charge when and where I am going to give another party my phone number. So if I reject an offer, Werkspot is still sending my contactdetails anyways. This is not right and not clearly communicated.
