Guys don't opt to stay in Hyderabad…
Guys don't opt to stay in Hyderabad zolo. It is pathetic. There is no customer support or any bed confirmation that you will recieve. At the end while checking they will tell there is no room and customer support team will not give any support and they will tell you to manage on your own
Our experience is going horrible with ZOLO Bangalore
Our experience is going horrible — With tremendous mental agony, disappointment & stress- I am posting this :
**My son allotted a 2 sharing accommodation in ZOLO PATINUM CITY Bangalore** after we paid all dues on 31st July 2022 with a commitment from Zolo that we can move in on 17th August 2022 as the collage is beginning on 18th August 2022.
On 16th night we have received an email notification stating – Accommodation is not ready and will be available by 20th August 2022. On the basis of our ticket Zolo team again confirmed that they will make some temporary arrangements till 20th Aug.
**When we reached ZOLO Platinum City on 17th August, during the first interaction *****Mr. Shashank (Platinum City property manager)*****, he loudly told us that he cant do anything and come on 20th Aug. After continuous begging he told us to move to F Block flat & when we visited the F Block flat, it was flooded with empty liquor bottles and cigar Buds – He told these are part & parcel of this away life and our son has to adjust with those.**
**Somehow we managed to convince one parent (A 315) & they agreed to put an extra Bed (In the HALL) and we moved our son to that room with many objections for other room occupants – Even they locked our luggage inside and we were out of clue what to do and form 17th onwards he is staying in the common hall with a bed – Has to wait for his turn/others permission to use the rest room & other facilities. Also no area to keep luggage and other belongings. **
**Again he reached Shashank & team now they are saying before 25th August they can’t allot the room & if he can’t adjust vacate and get out of ZOLO. **
**Also the way the Platinum city Zolo staff behaved was really harassing and the mental agony & stress we are going through due to this is unimaginable along with the financial loss.**
**Is this the professional way ZOLO deals with their customers & No staff is picking the phone, also threating the student to vacate if he can’t adjust.**
**As per Zolo customer is not GOD its a DOG for them.**
Scamsters who deserve to be wiped out of the market.
Zolo is a PG/hostels operations company which is running a scam in India.
1. First they will charge a 'token amount' at the time of booking, and will say that the amount is fully refundable until the bed is allocated.
2. The tech and the ground staff's data do not match in real time. Which is why you will be allocated a bed randomly, and you will get to know later that the bed is already occupied by someone else. And other rooms are already occupied, which means that you won't get another bed here.
3. So now you are left without a bed and no other option but to cancel your booking. This is where their scam comes into play: their database shows that a bed has been allotted to you, but in reality it isn't. Hence your booking will be cancelled but you won't get your token amount back.
And I'm not the only one - thousands of people have the same feedback. I was aware of the negative reviews but I took a risk and decided to go with them regardless. But unfortunately I fell a victim to their scam too.
