Why am I getting emails from a company that I never heard of. Unreal, from Toronto. Now putting this in spam

On multiple occasions, we left our name/number at ZOLO rentals in order to be contacted with a realtor about said properties. ON MULTIPLE occasions, we received a call from FARHAN AHMED with such unbelieveable attitude that we were left in shock!
We just wanted to view the 2 leased listings today, and his comment was, "I'm not sure you're qualified." Yet, we are. :) In fact, we are selling our home and he totally lost out on 2 potential deals; 1 lease and 1 sale. This is what you get when, as a realtor, you do NOT make the time to simply show a property.
However, this was NOT the first time this happened. He told us to get ourselves a realtor. Wow. LOL We just moved on from the last 2 times we called, but I was sure not to let this go this time. In fact, I will make a complaint with the real estate board as well as his broker. Too bad it is SOOO difficult to reach Zolo's complaint department as well. I did leave a message but they "will call me back".

Albeit I do like viewing homes prior to "Wasting a realtor's time" (but isn't that their job?) viewing the home, but we ARE REAL CLIENTS and FARHAN AHMED MUST BE A part time - no listing, agent. Brutal. TOO MANY AGENTS who do not work.

Is this what zolo really enlists? They should do some background work to ensure they at LEAST have customer service in their past history of employment.

P.S. We DID get a REAL realtor who is now showing us the listings and whom will GET THE DEAL from us! As well as our sale. That's what REALLY good realtors get when they DO THEIR JOB.
