Extremely disappointed with my experience using Zola. The platform is advertised as an easy way to combine and manage registries, but it created more problems than it solved. I had multiple duplic... See more

Our guests funded our honeymoon through the registry. But we can’t withdraw that money without a US bank account. They never informed us this beforehand! Avoid like the plague!!
Terrible customer service. I bought a gift card on a friend's wedding registry. She reached out and told me the code for the gift card wasn't working and encouraged me to get a refund. Zola refused... See more

This is a scam company
This is a scam company, do not give them your money.
Extremely poor quality...do not touch with a barge pole !!!!!
Wish I had read all the negative reviews before placing a purchase.
Should have realised being shipped from China
2 sweaters....lovely colours but extremely poor quality and too short.
Contacted company several times as took an age to deliver and then arrived squashed into a plastic bag.
Have asked how to return but of course no answer and lets of small print.
Lesson learned.....check out details fully and go for British Company though did say Zola London.
Get you all ways
Beware when trying to cancel an order!
I requested via email on 3/5/25 to cancel an online order I placed in January, as it still hadn't been shipped, per FedEx tracking webpage. The email reply was to use Live Chat. I looked for that, which directed me to a phone number to call. I was on hold for 15 minutes. When I first made my request, the representative lied and said the order was already shipped. I told her FedEx said they hadn't even received the order yet. She then said she had to put me on hold to speak to her manager. This is the worst customer service for a simple, reasonable request I've ever experienced in my 72 years!
Extremely poor quality.
Extremely poor quality.
False advertising.
Scam company.
This is the worst for vendors
This is the worst for vendors. They have raised their prices for “leads” that are completely garbage and fake leads. They no longer let you upload your most recent wedding work as for over two years now, they say they’re still working on their wedding submissions for real weddings you’re in. Yet they expect you to pay $12 per lead or almost $90 a month for unlimited leads. Most of the leads are fake and/or bad. Zola claims they don’t send any fake leads, but it’s extremely doubtful with the garbage that comes through. I got three leads all at the exact same time. Every single one of them was bogus. They either don’t respond at all, or they respond once (just so that you aren’t eligible for a refund). Some of the leads even come in already having booked a vendor within your category of services. Such a joke. I won’t be using them any more. I’ll be getting my clients elsewhere.
Total SCAM
Total SCAM. Selling inferior products that are not as described on the website. I bought a men’s cardigan and only realised after pal I g the order it was coming from China, despite a listed address in The Netherlands on website. The sleeves were too short as in poorly made.
Then start the utter poor customer service ref returning the product to china at £30, making it not working the effort. I was happy to return the garnet to the address noted on the website. I took snapshots of the return policy and listed address and emailed these facts to customer services but they wouldn’t accept this.
Total awful clothing, company to avoid at all costs.
If I could go negative on star rating I…
If I could go negative on star rating I would! Ordered a £40 dress. Eventually turned up as skirt and top but I wouldn’t use it as a dish towel! Shocking quality and just awful! You try to return it and it’s the same story as all the others.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! they are one massive con. Just don’t do it!!!!!!
Ripped off
Ripped off. Sub-standard quality. £30 return postage on a £40 purchase. Total joke. Scam organisation. AVOID!
Not so bad
So
I ordered a chocolate brown reversible coat , it came within 10days, great communication , looks great on and have had many compliments wearing it, but usually buy from more expensive shops, so this isn’t great quality, but wearable and warm, just had to put my review on too, but maybe it was the luck of the draw , who knows!!
I’m happy
I have been Scammed by this company
This company is a scam and has knowingly set up a system where they will frustrate you into giving up on trying to get a satisfactory result when trying to return goods that are not fit for purpose.
It appears that this is their M.O. and their business model is purely to get your money.
I am looking further into what can be done but looking at the reviews I think I may be onto a loser.
Should have read the previous reviews. Have learnt a lesson.
Can only re-iterate what everyone else…
Can only re-iterate what everyone else has said. Ordered a soft looking feathery yarn sweater.
Took 3 weeks to arrive and looks nothing like the one on the website. It's cheap and nasty, I wouldn't be seen dead in it!
£30 to return to China!. Daylight robbery.
I wish I'd read these reviews first,
they have just sent sane item which we…
they have just sent sane item which we did not order SCAM as first purchase total rubbish refused to take it from yodel but i am really scared about this and what they do from china
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The absolutely horrid cardigan I was sent was nothing like the one in the photo nor description. £30 to return to China. They offer you 10% off RRP in lieu of returning it...
AVOID THIS COMPANY-I shoudl have read the reviews before buying.
Absolutely never buy from these thieves…
Absolutely never buy from these thieves I bought two jumpers , when they eventually arrived omg such crap no quality whatsoever, wrong colour then want to charge you a minimum of £30 to send them back , please don’t make the same mistake I did I bought these in good faith but they are a disgusting company
I can only reiterate what the other…
I can only reiterate what the other reviewers have written. Item eventually arrived and was unacceptable with no paperwork in the parcel. I paid quite a bit for a substandard jumper. On emailing the company…the reply said I would have to pay £30 to return or could keep the item at a reduced price. I checked reviews for this co after the event. Note to self check reviews first in future. A very disappointed customer
I just received the item that I ordered…
I just received the item that I ordered a couple of weeks ago and my god it is nothing like what I ordered in the photograph online, I paid nearly £40 for it, it's cheap looking and the material is awful. I wouldn't want my worst enemy to be seen dead in it. Cheap Chinese crap! Please read the reviews before ordering from this company. That was my mistake, I did not.
This company is only out for one thing - to take your MONEY
Like virtually everyone else I can only say that this is a non company - you WILL NOT GET your item. Only way is by court and trying to get these types of companies shut down legally. Any company operating outside UK in any way WHATSOEVER AVOID AVOID AVOID people are trying to warn you - I have other things I could be doing if you want to throw your money away - up to you but you have been WARNED
This website is a scam
This website is a scam.
Ordered 'cashmere' jumper got a polyester/cotton mix. Full refund (questionable) if you pay the £30 return fee to......China.
They will offer you a discount (we got up to 50% before I lost patience) to keep the rag, but you wouldn't wear it so I've cut my losses, reported their ad's to Google and contacted Trader Support, but looking at other experiences best to cut your losses and sit down with a cup of tea.
They shut down when they get too much heat, and start up as something else. They have multiple sites under different names, same website format, black and white, same returns policy which doesn't mention China, and so on and so forth.
I'm surprised they are allowed to advertise. I've shopped online since the dawn of online shopping, and this if the first scam so I'm surprised it's so easy for them.
No point in saying avoid, as they'll contort into something else, but just be wary with sites that aren't familiar.
Terrible quality and waste of money
Terrible quality and waste of money , not a review section in their website and totally scam
Awful
Recently ordered a mens medium size coat, it was way too small and definitely not a medium, I was told I had to pay £30 to return item as it has to be sent back to China, cheap overpriced goods.
